You can't have standing at the Amex because stadium operations are run by a highly-qualified policeman who likes to be able to identify each customer from his vast North Stand command centre thus maintaining full control over anything that might or might not happen.

People standing are horribly prone to anarchic behaviour such as moving about a bit in order to chat to friends, stuff like that.

That's what I thought. Takes only 2 hours to put the seats in apparently. They go in for European and International games.
