There will be the owners name on the board usually JCdeacaux or Clear Channel, then find them on the web.

My mate William Poster gave it up, as he kept getting threatened. A lot of times he would find his sites with notes threatening......... Bill Posters will be prosecuted.

Clear Channel have tons, go on their website and give them a call. Pretty decent rates actually given the amount of exposure you can get.
