Both accounts have had a tweet saying they were hacked by the "Syrian Electronic Army" - also hacked CBS News apparently.

Was the 'Syrian Electronic Army' that hacked quite a few of the FIFA accounts today. Think the 2014 World Cup one and the general FIFA account were also done. All the tweets have been deleted now, but there was one where the SEA took responsibility for the hacking.
