Former Albion striker Craig Davies is likely to be at the sharp end of Bolton’s play-off push.
The man signed in mid-season from Barnsley is expected to take over from David Ngog, whose season has been ended by a dislocated shoulder.
Former England man Kevin Davies could also have a part to play in the run-in for Wanderers, who host Middlesbrough today.
Inspirational midfielder Jay Spearing (toe) is out for the rest of the regular season.
On-loan defender Craig Dawson, who played a massive part in Bolton’s charge up the table, returns to West Brom after today’s game.
Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway is desperate for his side to get back to winning form as they host his old club Leicester.
Jonny Williams misses the game after suffering a knee injury in training this week.
Midfield powerhouse Mile Jedinak completes a two-game ban, full-back Jonathan Parr is out with a foot injury and Paddy McCarthy and Owen Garvan are longer-term absentees.
Holloway admitted: “It will probably be nervy but this is the great, exciting time.”
Leicester boss Nigel Pearson is assessing several minor bumps and knocks suffered in the win over Bolton on Tuesday.
Target man Darius Henderson is still banned as Nottingham Forest, winless in five, host Barnsley.
