Kick off:- 3.00p.m

Match officials:- Referee- TONY BATES
Craig Hicks and Graham Horwood
Fourth Official Andrew Laver

Will the Albion get back to scoring ways, aiming a little lower after their bar hitting heroics against Peterborough.
Who will be in the line up? Buckley? Lua-Lua? Bruno? aaaaahh Huuuum Barnes?
Can we maintain our 4th position ahead of the chasing pack?
Will Blackpool continue their good recent record under mister Ince( 1defeat in their last 9, unbeaten in last 5)

Blackpool matches don't seem to contain many goals, 1or 2 at best. But seeing as I predicted a goal feast against Peterborough I'll go for 3-1 us. Ulloa, Dave and Barnes off the Bench.

SMASH EM ALBION!

Don't normally post so early on the official thread.

Why am I still up?

Come on Brighton, I think our time beckons.

I don't care if it is a scrappy 1-0, as long as we win. We can virtually seal our play off place with this one given some of the other teams around us have to play each other and our GD is superior.

Feeling extremely positive about this, early goal should calm the nerves

Think we'll get the win but just a bit worried about Phillips and ince on such a big pitch.

Feeling nervous. We've not done great against them in the last three games, and they've started winning now.

Head-to-head
• All 25 previous meetings have been league games; Blackpool have won nine, Brighton eight, with eight all-square.
• Blackpool are hoping to extend their unbeaten sequence against the Seagulls to seven games (W3, D3).
• Brighton last beat Blackpool in October 2003, with a 3-0 victory at third league level at the Withdean Stadium.
Brighton
• Fourth-placed Brighton, who entered October top of the table, are in their highest position in six months after a six-match unbeaten run (2W, 4D).
• A 17th victory will equal the total of league wins last season on their return to the second level, but Gus Poyet's side would have been 18 points clear at the summit had they been able to convert their 18 Championship draws into wins.
• The south coast club, who last played top-flight football in 1983, have three more points than Bolton in seventh place, with a visit to Leeds (27 April) and a home game against Wolves (4 May) to come after this.
• Midfielder Liam Bridcutt will be making his 150th career league appearance.
Blackpool
• Blackpool are undefeated in five (2W, 3D), and are hoping to extend their unbeaten away league run to five.
• The Tangerines are 14th in the table, where they were when Paul Ince took over, but have only lost two of the 11 games in his charge.
• Brighton and Blackpool are two of the three clubs who have not lost a Championship game this season in which they were leading; the other club is Nottingham Forest.

With that very last stat in mind, a draw is a cert.
