Have heard that GOSBTS may be sung by an opera singer on the pitch tomorrow.

Maybe she'll sing it at the right speed!

I really hope not, at least to the lone singer. Slower speed great, singer on pitch? I will never, ever join in.

That should be good any chance it could be Kathryn Jenkins who is also pleasant to the eyes as well as a good singer.

She'll? As a marching into war song it would be a travesty if not song by a male tenor as it would gave been a century ago

Its not an opera song so why sing it in opera style?

Get a band to do a thrash metal version and you may get some listeners.
