Wowos is pretty cool or blackberry farm in ditching. Both allow campfires and sell logs, but they both get booked up quite quickly.

Wowo (woo-woo) near Uckfield.

Lots of Boden wearing new age camping types kicking back and smoking weed whilst shout oh yah

Campfires are not only permitted but actively encouraged.

Take your guitar.

Booking required.

If it's caravans and fires you are after, I can only think of one place. But that is over the border and you would need to make sure your inoculations are up to date.

In my bungalow
The Runt and Tunn pub near Heathfield has a brilliant little campsite at the rear of the pub.
Only about 6 pitches. Not adult only, but very quite and well run.
The food in the pub is top notch and they do a fine selection Ales.

Stayed there last year with Mrs Gravy and we both loved it.

Loo and shower are ok.
