The Mayor of Liverpool has announced that flags will fly at half mast today and on the day of her funeral. She was last seen in public at theHillsborough memorial service earlier this week. That shows real determination.
Rightly or wrongly no Liverpool City flags were flown at half mast for Margaret Thatcher!
