What is the best way to get from southwick to the amex on matchdays? just moved house so wondered if any buses go straight there or is the train a better option?

S bus. Old Shoreham Road pick ups, goes straight to The Amex.

I think a couple of pubs run mini busses, could be wrong though.

Just a word of warning for the return journey.
The wait for a bus on the way back (assuming you stay till the end of the match) can be anything up to an hour.

The Romans run a bus I think. Either that or train and change at Brighton.

And people say that we don't have an issue with transport. No wonder lots of people leave early.
There is a D/D bus (ST27) from the Romans and a coach. Not sure of the ST number.

And it's all gone quiet..
The train is usually very good, we leave just over 2 hours before kick-off from Lancing. Quick journey and plenty of time to soak up the pre-match atmosphere and alcohol. But if you leave half an hour later the trains will be rammed!
