Looking at the points between 4th - 8th it's still very close.
I think we will need AT LEAST 6 points from 12 to secure 6th place.

Posh - Hardest of our remainiong games IMO; away against a team fighting for survival, and they've found some sort of form.
Blackpool - Always fancy us home, and they should be all but mathematically safe by next week.
Leeds - Tough away match normally, but they'll almost certainly be mathematically mid-table mediocrity by then.
Wolves - Home against a team that, we hope, will be relegated by the last day.
7 points form that lot I reckon, which should be enough with our goal difference.
