just settling down to see the TOON in europa league action and it got me thinking how i YEARN to see the albion in europe

in recent years portsmouth, millwall and birmingham have all represented this fine nation in european competitions, and with swansea and possibly wigan/millwall next year, surely it's not beyond the realms of possibility to imagine us taking on europes finest in years to come

Don't see why not. More likely through a cup run than league position I would think at the moment, but in a few years who knows.......

After seeing Fulham in the Europa League Final a couple of years ago, I would love to see the Albion in Europe.

Can you imagine how many we would take to a place like Juventus.....

Archer et al ruined any chance of us appearing in the Anglo-Italian Cup. It would be absolutely mental to see us play abroad in Europe. Mind bogglingly mental.

With the huge increase in parachutes there will be up to 9 teams in this league that will have über budgets compared to ours. Just getting promoted could be problematic.

If ever we do manage it, and then don't stay up, we'll be getting the parachute payments ourselves,and could look forward to probably the biggest budget in the league.

Promotion this year would so valuable to the club, hope we don't regret our lack of strikers.
