The idea of bringing empty properties back into use is a good idea.

Sadly, the petition organiser doesn't have a clue about finances, nor about how council budgets have to be presented.

When I was living abroad, I put my empty house on the market because the children had recently moved out. The council wanted to requisition it. I felt like I was being spied on and ordered about by the Stasi.
