Anyone know who owns this? It's on a Chrysler Voyager in London Road car park with a council notice on it saying they think it's been abandoned.

The owner could be the owner of Burgess Hill Autos or even a bloke called Barry Andrews but the chances are he's actually an Albion fan and I was just worried he might have a problem.
