If Gus goes to Reading, then everything he has ever said about only leaving for a big club, is total crap....This is Reading, not Chelsea. They have a smaller stadium, smaller fan base and will in all probability be in the same division next season with a smaller average attendance. I would not begrudge him going to Chelsea or even a club like West Ham...but Reading ffs.....As they say, money talks and bullshit walks.

Clap him without hesitation.
Mind you if Gus does go to Reading, he is getting closer to his dream job at Chelsea...13 miles closer in fact and when he doesn't get the time to do the job that Bloom has given him, he can go to Brentford, then he will only be 7 miles from Stamford Bridge lol....
This exactly, would not want to see him move on and personally dont think he will, but if he does then will defo applaud him. i dont think he would want relegation on his C.V so quick, after what he has achieved so far as a manager.Clap him without hesitation.
If he left for a big club then nobody could have any complaints, but to be honest I think part of the reason this feels so shit is because leaving for relegation-threatened Reading makes the Albion seem less of a club than we all thought we were. This feeling is magnified by the fact he appeared to turn down Premier league Wolves last February - clearly a bigger club than Reading.
