Dear NSCers,

As you may be aware, AITC's Dan Lawson is currently five days into his world-record attempt to run the greatest distance on a treadmill in a week - 520 miles! This is the equivalent of three-and-a-half marathons a day. All proceeds to AITC.

He's up to 330 miles already and has received some fantastic support.

You can help too. It would be great if we could get him trending on Twitter - #ComeOnDan

What Dan is doing is amazing and he deserves our support.

Gus leaving is just hyperbole at the moment.

sorry mate...i was using the royal we.

I should have said, I am too depressed to think of these things at the moment.

It is -8 here in stockholm, the sea has frozen over, there is masses of snow and the wind off the baltic is whipping around. Apart from that I am full of beans. poyet would be bonkers to go to Reading

Been down to see him with my two young lads and his mate and they are all truly amazed and inspired by it all what he is doing is real and happening not just a poxy rumour get down there and cheer him on
