Bought for £22M shirly means they had a decent debt not only the mortgaged ST's?
Any Champ club could suddenly be worth WELL over £100M IF promoted. Amazed some super rich dude doesn't buy up half the clubs for c£20M each (Leeds hardly small) and hedge his bets. If you (friends, family etc. to get round fair play) owned around 10 you'd likely get 1 up a season! Could also 'share/juggle resources' like Watford

There a rule restricting the ownership of more than one club.

a) He said use friends. family etc to get around that
b) You don't actually have to exist to own a club (see Pompey)
