13th and (going out on a limb here) best studio album they've released. Better than Violator and Songs of Faith and Devotion.

That my friend is a very bold claim. Violator is my favourite album of all time, so if Delta Machine is better, i will be very surprised and very happy.

I really enjoyed Playing the Angel, Precious was the best track from 2005 in my opinion. Quality.

I can't wait for this album, I won't listen to any of it before downloading it though. :clap:

I think it's probably best to gloss over that one in general to be fair!

I was just thinking this morning, that the new album does reference a feel of SGR. It's a very dark album. Probably the darkest album they've recorded

Certainly the best since Black Celebration.I didnt expect it to be better than that,but it's as least as good as Violator in my opinion,and the song "Alone" is up there with the best tracks they have ever made for my money.
