The players are coming down to offer some support to AITC's Dan Lawson in his quest to break the world record for distance run in a week on a treadmill - 520 miles!

Come and meet the players and cheer Dan on from 4pm tomorrow, and pop along earlier if you fancy joining Dan for a run on a treadmill.

Popped down to see him last night.

He's running three-and-a-half marathons a day and should beat the record on Friday.

It's incredible what he's doing, all in aid of AITC too. Fantastic.

It's only when you sit back and actually think of what he is doing...

Mental. Absolutely BONKERS.

I'm not a runner, granted. But it is boring.

The distances he is doing in it's own right is AMAZING, but if you are outside AT LEAST you get a change of SCENERY! He is running on the SPOT.

What an effort.

I went swimming last night and Saturday he seems to be an ever present running away. Incredible effort, good to see some of AITC having a kick about around jubilee square.

His average speed is 5.5 miles per hour.
