Season ticket Advice Needed

I need to know when the club take the money to renew season tickets for next season.
I pay in one lump sum, but I can't find when they will take the dosh.
Have had a look on the clubs web page and I can't find any info and they haven't replied to my emails.

Any info would be great

Didnt they say the bank details had to be submitted to be able to take it on 2nd Apil so would assume then

You can pay lump sums right now! Think the deadline is mid April (may be wrong)

Season Ticket Timeline

27th Feb - Comms to S1G/H STHs advising how they move

1st Mar - Last DD payment for season 2012-13

8th Mar - Comms to STHs detailing renewal procedure

15th Mar - Last day for STHs to amend DD bank details

15th Mar - Last day of priority move period for S1G/H STHs

15th Mar - 2013-14 STH waiting list closes.

18th Mar - Comms to STHs who have asked to move seats.

18th Mar - ST wait list group 1.

19th Mar - ST wait list group 2.

20th Mar - ST wait list group 3.

21st Mar - ST wait list group 4.

22nd Mar - St wait list group 5.

27th Mar - Last day for DD payers to opt out of season tickets

1st Apr - First DD payment for DD payers.

5th Apr - Last day for lump sum payers to pay.

8th Apr - Process begins for those who wish to move seats.

10th Apr - Comms to those who have requested to move seats.

Not even had an email or letter from the club regarding renewal yet.

I pay lump sum, you have to go on to the ticket website and buy through there (Season Ticket Renewal section). You should have got the details in your renewal e-mail (if you have set up an e-mail address with the club) or letter (if you have not).

Thanks for the replies.
I haven't heard a thing.
Last year they took the money automatically without me doing a thing. I don't remember any contact from the club last year.

They'll give you an opportunity to update your contact details when you renew, I'd check they've got the right ones! Do you receive the Match Briefings before each game? If not that would suggest your e-mail address is not correct on their system. Alternatively the albion stuff might be going to your junk e-mail folder, so check that (Although I think these e-mails get cleared every few days).
