Nile Ranger has admitted a charge of common assault following a city centre incident.

Ranger appeared before Newcastle Magistrates' Court on Friday.

Court officials confirmed he admitted a charge of common assault.

He was given conditional bail and will appear again on 9 April for sentence.

I know the point you're trying to make but what is it about him that makes you think he's a 'talented bloke'? He has more arrests than senior goals. As a footballer he is at best poor, realistically absolute toilet. Prison's the best place for the little thug.
