To sum it up for those who don't have twitter:

This guy going by the name of [MENTION=11722]Jimmy[/MENTION]ob88 was giving Curtis Woodhouse some serious stick for losing a fight (or something), calling him a 'waste of spunk' and things like that.
Woodhouse somehow finds out where this guy lives, drives to his road and posts a picture of the road name on twitter. Cue snivelling apologies from Jimmy who claims "It was all just a joke".

Quality stuff, even earning plaudits from Joey Barton himself.

He could be done for assault anyway, you don't have to touch anybody, you just have to cause them to apprehend unlawful violence.

Its basically intimidation. If you felt threatened by someone to the extent that you fear they will be violent towards you then they have assaulted you, provided they intended you to feel that way or were reckless as to making you feel that way.

That isn't assault as you posted in your previous post, it's threatening behaviour putting someone in fear of unlawful violence. That is a public order offence, not assault.
