I've French trimmed a couple of kilos of loin of PORK which will be expertly cooked to produce MAGNIFICENT crackling. It will be served with braised red cabbage (with a tiny amount of black cumin and apple), creamy leeks, King Edward's roasted in goose fat, carrots roasted off with marmalade, home grown CHARD, architectural parsnips and cider and onion gravy. CIDER AND ONION ****ING GRAVY! I might even make some cauliflower cheese.
