I have no idea about their penalties, as I can't say I am bothered, but, I do remember in our first season at the Amex that referees were carding us and not giving us any decisions because we did go through a phase where our players dropped at the touch of a feather like they had been shot.
It seemed the referees had got together on this and surprised it is not the same for Palace if that is what's happening.
