Was playing footie the other day and some poor kiddie twisted his knee fairly badly. We were looking for the win and there wasnt a lot of time left so me and my mate helped the lad to his feet and off to the side of the pitch. As soon as i lifted him i knew i had twinged something in my back. I finished the game but by monday morning i could barely move! Pain has now radiated from both sides of my lower back, up the right side of my back and below my right shoulder blade. Bloody painful and everythings an effort at the moment!!!

I have a cute angina, but my tits aren't all that.

Actually I have a post nasal drip, maybe allergic to bad NSC threads.

I was out walking my dog before Xmas and I came upon what I thought was another lost dog.
It was the other side of an 8ft steel fence which surrounds the grounds of the local Sankey factory.
So rushed my dog home and went back to look.
Climbed over this 8ft fence and when I jumped off the other side, jarred my ankle / heel.
Still not right now 3 months on so back to podiatrist for more injections.
Only just got it sorted last summer.
Last fecking dog I go and try to help .... it was nowhere to be seen
