Albion fans can now download a special podcast featuring guests from Sussex Police ahead of the match with Crystal Palace on Sunday 17th March.Albion’s head of media Paul Camillin was joined by Chief Inspector Paul Betts and Football
Liaison Officer PC Darren Balkham from Sussex Police,and the club’s head of operations Richard Hebberd, to answer a variety of issues raised by supporters from both clubs ahead of the big game.
Hebberd said, “It was an opportunity for people to understand our plans and how they can help this event pass by with a minimum of fuss.”
Chief inspector Betts said, "In the weeks leading up to the Albion and Palace match we are working alongside the club and supporter groups to ensure that everyone can enjoy this game in a safe environment. We knew that fans would have questions about the plans we have in place and this was an opportunity to put these questions to us directly.”
