Bruno admits Albion's former Valencia stars have been feeling the cold.
But he is convinced they are on course for a Springtime play-off push.
The right-back captained the Seagulls to the 1-0 win over Burnley which took them into the top six, a fortnight after making his comeback from an Achilles injury.
Meanwhile his former Valencia colleague Vicente enjoyed only his third league start of the season after a thigh problem.
Bruno admitted: "It has been tough for us this winter. We are not used to training in this cold.
"It makes a difference with the muscles and with the Achilles and with recovering from injuries and matches.
"It is difficult for Vicente to come back and play after so much time out but he is bringing a lot to the team and he is getting physically better.
"He is a player who makes a difference for us. He is playing really well now and he is bringing us something fresh."
Bruno is confident Albion can maintain their charge for a top-six finish, despite struggling to beat Burnley.
He said: "I don't think we played badly. We didn't have much possession but nor did they create many chances.
"They got to the edge of the box and into dangerous areas but there was only really one great save by Tomasz (Kuszczak) and Gary Dicker cleared off the line."
