Albion are entering an exciting new phase both on and off the field, and are currently recruiting for a variety of host families who are able to provide a home from home environment, meeting the needs of young players within the club.
The club is looking to offer a wide variety of placements and accommodation options for the players, which will vary from fully supportive host family placements, to semi-independent and supported placements.
The placements have varying lengths, ranging from short to long term, and the club will also be seeking to offer respite and cover placements. Albion are also looking for host families who are able to commit to players who may stay for a number of set days per week.
In line with the progressive development of the club’s planned training facility in Lancing, Albion are particularly interested in hearing from families within the Lancing and Shoreham areas or those who have easy access to the A27 and surrounding areas.
The club is committed to safeguarding and welfare of all players, and any applicant will need to demonstrate that they share this philosophy and work with the club to demonstrate this. All members of the household over the age of 16 will be required to undertake a CRB check, and attend appropriate training events throughout the year.
