Albion 1 Watford 3MATCH UPDATES
FT: All over here and Watford leave the Amex with three goals and three points. Matej Vydra's two goals in as many minutes sealed Albion's fate just after David Lopez has seemingly pulled Gus Poyet's team back into the game.
86: Brilliant first touch followed by a fierce volley by Will Hoskins from Bruno's chipped ball over the top but his effort is beaten away by Almunia at his near post.
69: GOAL! Two in two minutes for Watford and Vydra. The striker has the pace to break away from the Albion defence and puts Watford 3-1 up.
68: GOAL! Watford restore their lead immediately as Vydra doubles his tally. His heavily deflected strike from distance loops over Kuszczak and into the net.
65: GOAL! David Lopez smashes the ball past Almunia to level the game. The Spaniard's second penalty in as many games.
64: PENALTY! LuaLua is brought down in the area by Tommie Hoban and referee Oliver Langford awards a penalty to Albion.
56: Good chance for Albion to level straight away but Adam El-Abd's back post header is comfortably saved by Almunia.
54: GOAL! Watford have the lead through Troy Deeney. The Hornets striker is slipped through by Daniel Pudil and he makes no mistake in firing past Kuszczak.
46: Second half is underway.
HT: Albion started the brighter of the two but Watford fought back and have proven to be a stern test for Gus Poyet's side. A decent and well matched first 45 minutes.
45+2: Troy Deeney is inches from an opening goal as his glancing header bounces just past the post.
45+1: Magnificent save from Kuszczak as another excellent passing move from Watford creates space for Matej Vydra to fire a fierce strike at goal only for Albion's Polish keeper to palm round the post with his left hand.
44: A timely interception from Daniel Pudil prevents David Lopez from the simplest of tap-ins.
38: Almen Abdi curls a fee-kick over the Albion wall from 25-yards which is easily dealt with Kuszczak.
27: Ikechi Anya's cross is met by Troy Deeney who sees his header caught by the diving Kuszczak. A good spell for the visitors.
25: Brilliant intricate passing from Watford which creates an opening and Johnathan Hogg tries to complete the move by passing the ball passed Tomasz Kuszczak, but his tame effort is easily held by the Albion keeper.
19: He has been amongst the goals recently and LuaLua comes close here as he forces Almunia into a decent save with a trademark stinging effort from distance.
10: Well worked passing move from Albion ends with Andrew Crofts' side footing over the bar from Kazenga LuaLua's cut-back.
08: Good chance for Watford as an unmarked Daniel Pudil heads over from eight yards.
06: Returning from injury Andrea Orlandi has Albion's first attempt on goal as he skims a left footed drive off the wet turf which is comfortably held by Manuel Almunia.
01: Underway here at the Amex.
