Restricted seats?

Hello Mr Insider,

Just out of curiosity.. why are some seats on the ticket site marked as being "Severely Restricted"?
Are the restrictions on view, accessibility, ability to stand, lack of people nearby who will sing, or just that a known Barnes hater sits next to them?
