Liam Bridcutt says the Albion squad can draw on last year's experiences...
Midfielder Liam Bridcutt believes that Albion’s experiences from the Championship last season have provided the squad with a better mindset this term. The former Chelsea man told seagulls.co.uk, "This year we have a stronger squad and you can see that in the performances we have produced.
“There have only been two bad performances all season so far and last season we had a lot more. We are a lot more wiser to the Championship and we know what it takes to be at the top of the league. We have proved that we can play against some of the top sides.

“We were a little bit disappointed with the performance and result at Charlton but we have had a good week of training and all the boys are looking forward to the Nottingham Forest game and playing at home."
Albion entertain Forest at a sold-out Amex and Bridcutt is confident ahead of the game.
“Forest are a good side but we know what it is going to take to beat them - it is down to us to put that into action.”
Gus Poyet’s men have four more games remaining in 2012 with three of them are at the Amex and Albion’s 2011/12 Player of the Season believes that the squad will benefit from home comforts.
“It is an added bonus that we have so many home games coming up as all the boys love playing at the Amex. We always seem to bring some good performances here but if you look at any side that come down here they set out to try and stop us playing.
“For us it is a great thing because it shows they have a bit more respect for us. We just have to go out there and do what we can do.”
