Purchasing your own season tickets in WSU vs Newcastle after general sale date

I wish to purchase my own season ticket seats in the WSU (£28 each) for the Newcastel FA Cup game. Unfortunately now the general sale date is upon us I cannot do this online as the WSU is not on general sale and I am not allowed to "add reserve seats".

I appreciate that my seats may have been sold but how do I found this out - and if they are unsold can I still purchase them through ticket office for original price of £28 each ?
