Albion boss Gus Poyet makes three changes to the side that beat Bristol City on Tuesday night, which includes a recall to the starting line-up for Inigo Calderon.
The Spanish defender has featured during each of the last three games, replacing Marcos Painter late on, but starts this afternoon at left-back.
Top scorer Craig Mackail-Smith and Ashley Barnes also return to the side and lead the Albion striker force; Will Hoskins and Stephen Dobbie drop to the bench.
Eagles boss Ian Holloway makes one change to the side that drew 0-0 with Hull City on Tuesday night, with former Albion striker Glenn Murray returning to their starting line-up.
The 29-year-old was suspended for the trip to the KC Stadium but replaces Jermaine Easter this afternoon.
Aaron Wilbraham and Andre Moritz also return to the bench.
