[h=3]Albion prospect joins Chesterfield[/h]4:13pm Thursday 8th November 2012 in Albion By Andy Naylor
Ben Dickenson, Chesterfield-bound
Albion teenager Ben Dickenson has agreed a one-month loan move to Chesterfield and Matt Sparrow is a target for his former club Scunthorpe United.
* The Seagulls have responded to widespread interest in Dickenson from clubs in the lower divisions by allowing him to link up with the Spireites after the 19-year-old former Dorchester striker made his comeback from ankle truble in the development squad on Monday night.
* Out-of-favour midfielder Sparrow, 29, had 11 years at Scunthorpe before signing for the Seagulls in 2010.
* Brian Laws, back at Scunthorpe as manager, said: "It's the very early stages. I've spoken to Gus Poyet on a couple of occasions. Again, I've thrown my begging hat in and hoping we get something from it."
