Albion are looking to make it five wins out of five against Peterborough under Gus Poyet's managment.
The sides have met in League One and the Championship since the Uruguayan took charge and Albion have*done the double in*each season.
Posh's last win over the Seagulls dates back to February 2009 when Craig Mackail-Smith scored their first goal in a spectacular 4-2 success at Withdean.
The Seagulls won 3-0 at London Road and 3-1 at Withdean the following season on their way to the League One title.
They went top of the Championship last August when Craig Noone and Ryan Harley secured a 2-0 win over Posh at The Amex.
Will Buckley struck twice in a 2-1 win at London Road later in the season.
Albion have suffered just one defeat in their last nine home games against Peterborough.
The Seagulls lead the overall series15-11 in league wins and 18-11 when cup ties are included.
