Thank you for a quick answer.

Unfortunately, neither of us have purchased tickets through your online office before.
If this "purchase history" system is about safety as well, I'll be more than happy to mail the club copies of passports or other types of ID, if that will make a difference in qualifying us for a purchase?

Or have we run out of options (unless there's a general sale)?

Sorry to spam the forum, but as mentioned in previous post, I haven't been able to get an answer through the official club channels.
