My personal Favourite is SPRING, chopped over a salad or some Noodles.

D-lish.

My least Favourite is pickled, it tastes only what i can imagine a ladies Twitter (The bit between the Tw@ and the Shitter) would taste of after a long sweaty run.

Red onion makes EVERYTHING in a sandwich taste better. The only thing is, I can still taste it HOURS later, which isn't overly pleasant either for me or probably anyone I may be orally interacting with.

That bit you are referring to is called, "The biffins bridge." If I am not mistaken.

I think it has many names, i've also heard it called the chin strap or the stinky bridge.
