Printed Tickets - Costs & Charges

As the club is quite rightly being run as a more professional business - one would assume the recent increase from £3 to £10 in per printed ticket costs is due to the fact that someone has calculated that the time and money spent on such requests is equivalent to just over three times the income received. Hence the income needs to be increased by just over three times to address the deficit.

Please can you politely point out that the income received over the past twelve months re the £3 per printed ticket pricing will only be about 20% to at most 30% of what it should have been - as this charge was hardly ever enforced last season ( Bozza will back me up on this too ) or indeed earlier this season. Thus by a bit of staff training when we moved to the Amex the club would have increased it's income for this charge by about FOUR or FIVE times.

Taking the above into account is a far more sensible basis on which to make a decision. It does feel like fans are footing the bill for the clubs past inability to enforce it's own pricing structure - and a new management teams assessment of how best to close the gap between the cost of doing this and the income received.

I have no problem with a £3 charge.
