Block Names at the Amex (upper ones)..

Strange request....

I got bored counting the numbers of tickets from the club ticker site so decided to start writing some code to automatically count them. (I know bit sad...too much time when no footy is on)

Problem is I quickly realized I dont know what we call the upper blocks. i.e. The tickets in the north are N1A, N1B thru to N1D etc... West Lower W1A, W1B thru to W1I etc..

What are the blocks in the ESU and WSU called? I would suspect even knowing a single block name in either of these stands will allow me to quiz the ticket system to include counding these blocks.

(attached the ones I have counting now)...View attachment 34547

Thanks in advance!

But surely for league games you don't need to know as the number available will always be zero?

Near Ducks, Geese, and Seagulls
nor in the WSL (I guess it's the press area)

Anyway got the thing counting seats... this is the output from todays data.
Will expose it as some sort of web page so people can easy look it up rather than keep creating new how many tix left on sale threads.

If the database is that easy to access, what else can you do, on that server?

All he has done is write some code that logs on to the ticket database and then looks to see what is unsold. Works in the same way that price comparison websites work.

Technically extracting the data is probably simple. I am just surprised that anyone can get the servers directory structure, and the schema of a database without asking for explicit permission.
