Hi guys.

Lara and Joe both running Wednesday afternoon, Joe race 6 15.48 and Lara race 17.22, wont be able to make it I'm affraid, will watch in the bookies.

I'm in Hunstanton, Norfolk. Scary place. Everyone looks like everyone else. And all in tracksuits.
Won't be able to make the track, but will try an find a bookies en route home.
I hope some one is there to welcome them home!

I have done another win double online - so we know what is likely to happen
