Final Capacity of the Amex

The allowed capacity when the stadium is finalised is 30,750. I assume that the split between home & away fans will be made by covering some columns of seats.

My question is: Are we putting more seats into the ground than 30,750 to allow for this, or will the seats available always be lower than the official capacity?

30,750 will be the the total allowed capacity, but some seats will be used for segregation.
