Ticket Office Fiasco!!!!

I bought a ticket for the Chelsea game on-line on Sunday and am really gob-smacked as to how my mum can come down this morning, pay for her ticket in a completely different stand and is able to cancel the seat that I paid for on-line and relocate me to be sitting next to her!!!! Don't get me wrong, but its not like i dont want to sit next to her, but I thought, seeing as I had the option of where to sit, I would try the West Stand for a change, but to my annoyance, my mum was able to cancel my original paid for seat and put me in the North Stand beside her!!! I have given no such permission for this to happen and am to be honest, bloody annoyed by it!!! I look forward to hearing from you
