On-line ticket sales?

Ref: Chelsea friendly. I have 1060 loyalty points and have been trying to buy three tickets for the Chelsea game since 10.00 this morning. Every time I choose my seats and try to pay it does not go through to checkout? Is there a reason for this? Are we limited for one ticket only? The three tickets I want are all linked by friends and family to season ticket holders. I had the same trouble last year when trying to book cup and friendly games. In the end the only way was to go to the ticket office and queue.
Does anyone else have trouble with the on-line ticket site or is it just me!

It is one ticket per person, so if you have friends and family set up it should process. It might be worth contacting the ticket office direct to investigate what the problem is.
