With the capacity on the crowd for the Chelsea game being capped at 18,000, will the Reading game be similar to this? Or the full capacity?

No, Reading is also limited to 18,000, although the club will be selling just North Stand and West Stand Lower to begin, with West Upper and East Lower opening as sales progress.
