The club seem to have set my direct debit up incorrectly and it did not take my payment this month, already phoned my bank and they said "we have no done anything wrong" - I denied this with them and told them that my beloved BHA could not and have not made a mistake and even if they did, you are a bank! I reserve the right to be annoyed with you regardless.
Anyway... does anybody know of an email address that can be used to set up these details or whether I can just do it online (link?) because every time I call I am 18th in the queue and have no time to get into the shop at the moment.
