Firstly, will current holders of parking permits get the chance to renew or will it just be put on sale generally ?

Secondly, will the additional £30 added to the new season tickets have any effect on the current charge of £360 ?

Existing holders, subject to the renewal of their season ticket, will get the option to renew.
