Season Tickets Renewal

There seems to be some confusion over the direct debit system.

A number of fans have had their February payment taken which shows on the bank statement as "final DDR". Is this correct?

I paid a deposit in January and monthly instalments from May, which equals 10 not 12. I want to continue until I die - so what is happening please?

Most people began paying in April and will finish in February; others began in May and will finish in March.

It sounds like you began in April (or should have done); particularly if you paid a deposit in January.

You may wish to check with the ticket office where you stand though.

Moving forward, the plan is for direct debits to begin in April and run through to next March.
