Ticket Prioritisation

Can I ask a couple of question on this re. the Palace tickets.

1. Why weren't those with Season tickets + loyalty points for Cup / Away matches given some priority for their loyalty in supporting the team away from home?

2. Why did tickets come on sale to those with 1,000 points or more approximately 15 minutes earlier then they were supposed to?

I know you're not going to please everyone but the above two points seem very unfair.

1. Those who have the highest number of priority points have to follow the team HOME & AWAY to get to that level of points. We don't decipher between home and away matches.
2. I am not aware of this, but I will check this with the ticket office and ask them to ensure tickets go on sale at the correct time in future.
