I put an extra few stars either side of official match thread because I felt we need a change of fortune, risky I know :O. Anyway back to the game, with the amount of injuries and suspensions we just need to try and grind out a scrappy 1-0 (hopefully)

That is hugely weird, we really aren't a dirty team.

But we are a moany team and that gets cards which means refs look at the game coming up and expect to see a dirty side - so they do see a dirty side. And what you get in Burnley ... a ref looking for nastiness where it simply doesn't exist.

Cov played quite well against us at the Amex and prob feel they owe us one.

Tough game with our current squad.

Unfortunately I think you're right ... add on Tanno's absurd dives with all the dramatics too.

Also, look at the bookings/fouls ratio.

The last 5 games we have had 14 yellows and 2 reds from 47 fouls
The opposition have picked up just 9 yellows from 64 fouls.
