Late purchase of away tickets

I am looking to go to Ipswich tomorrow so phoned BHA on wednesday to buy tickets. I was told it was too late to send tickets in the post and i therefore had to go to Falmer to pick them up. As i have a job and work in London that option was simply "not an option". Why can't the club the club sell me the tickets and take them with them so i can pick them up from the ground? I did this a couple of times last year, so why has it stopped?

Probably pay on the gate anyway. I dont think we have sold 2000.
