Foul and Obscene Language

STH for West Lower A section. Leeds match. 3 foul mouthed Albion fans behind me. Shouting obscene language (the F and C words) throughout the duration of the match at the Leeds fans, as if they could be heard! In the close area and certainly within ear shot were several women & children. If my grandson was with me I would of told them to shut up. This could obviously develope into something more serious. What is the procedure if this happens again?

The correct course of action is to either notify a steward or, if you not comfortable doing that, contact the club after the match by phone or email detailing seat numbers. The club will then investigate and monitor the situation over a period of matches and if necessary take the action required. Persistent swearing is not tolerated, initially a warning will be giving. If that is not adhered to, then ejection and possible bans would follow.
